Guided Meditation: Meet your Inner Child
This is a guided meditation that is designed to create a connection between you and a younger version of yourself, your inner child.
When we connect to our inner child we can:
- strengthen the bond
- build a deeper relationship.
- And by doing so, we have the possibility to create wholeness within ourselves.
In this meditation I will guide you through a visualization process where you are going to meet your inner child.
I suggest you have a journal next to you so that you can write down insights or messages that you receive. And of course you can also draw them, if you feel like it. Find a comfortable and quiet space before you start.
